We will always replace - or refund the cost of - any products that are in any way faulty or damaged. We always take great care over the way orders are fulfilled, but sometimes a lid may come loose, or a glass jar get broken in the post.
We may ask you to return the delivery so we can follow it up and make sure it doesn't happen again. But our customers are very important to us, so we will always try and resolve any problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Some people do have allergic reactions to essential oils - which is why we always recommend patch-testing on a small area of skin. If this happens to you, simply return the product, and as long as only a small amount has been used, we will offer a refund, or an alternative product for you to try.
