Trade terms

Trade terms are only available for Botanicals own-brand, retail products, unless otherwise stated.

Discounts only apply to full price items.

Sale items replace all discounts.

Payment is made at the time of order by credit/debit card via our secure online server.

Special offers and promotions that appear on the Botanicals website are for retail customers only, unless otherwise stated.

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Discounts do not apply to bulk items and raw materials - these are already discounted.
