A beautifully indulgent cleansing balm which melts into the skin gently dissolving impurities, removing make-up and leaving the skin feeling soft and deeply nourished.

A rich blend of organic Shea Butter, Coconut Oil & Sesame Oil moisturise and protect the skin whilst a regenerative blend Rose geranium and Palmarosa organic essential oils revitalise both skin and mind.

Suitable for: Normal/dry, dehydrated or more mature skin. (Choose Gentle Cleanse Melt if you have combination or sensitive skin.)

Key ingredients

Organic Shea Butter: Is one of nature’s wonders. Rich in essential fatty acids, it has powerful skin healing, anti-inflammatory and sun protection properties.

Organic Virgin Coconut Oil: Is highly nutritious to the skin, with calming, skin softening and moisturising properties.

Organic Sesame Seed Oil: A highly nutritious oil and rich in essential fatty acids, it contains skin restructuring and emollient properties to protect and nourish skin as well as and helping neutralise free radicals.

Organic Green Tea: Contains high level of anti-oxidants proven to reduce and protect skin from free radical damage and age related fine lines and wrinkles.

Organic Rose Geranium: Has skin regenerative properties to benefit dry and dehydrated skin, whilst keeping skin supple, balanced and soothed

Organic Rose Essential Oil: Naturally soothing, improves skin tone and helps scarring - working wonders on dry and mature skin types – resulting in a more healthy and youthful complexion

Organic Palmarosa Essential Oil: Has purifying properties to balance sebum and moisture levels. It stimulates cellular regeneration, helping to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and ageing skin.

How to use

Remove a small amount from the jar with a spatula and melt between the finger-tips of both hands. Massage gently into your face and neck using circular movements.
To remove eye make-up: Gently sweep over the eye area, keeping the eyelids closed. (Avoid direct contact with the eyes.)
Remove with an organic cloth or cotton pads, squeezed out in warm water.

Follow with Botanicals Hydrating Mist and Facial Serum.

I have been using all the Botanicals Nourish & Cleanse products for a few years now. There is NOTHING that can compare to these products to help with Rosacea which I have. If I run out and haven't ordered in time to replace these products - my Rosacea comes back. After a few days applying all three products - Cleanse; Mist; Oil - my Rosacea disappears and stays away for months/years at a time. These products are totally responsible for giving me my self-esteem back. THANK YOU BOTANICALS.

This cleanser is the best I have tried ! I know this because my skin feels so soft since using it regularly. I also use it on my clients who love the smell and the feel of it on their skin.

Great melty face wash leaves skin soft

I was really pleased with this product. I've been trying to change to organic beauty products and didn't really know where to start The reviews were so good for this I tried it. The texture is like vaseline, a lovely delicate smelling solution that you melt in your hands, apply and wipe off with a cloth. I love the feeling of my skin afterwards - which is smoother than with any face wash used previously. It does disolve my make up, when rubbed into my eyes and eyelashes well. Unlike other face washes, it doesn't seem to need excessive washing to remove residue. But it does leave skin with a layer of moisturisation. The only downsides, and this is nit-picking, would be that the pot is quite small and the texture is like vaseline, so sometimes feels like more moisurisation than you might want. However, this is the case with organic products that don't use thiners and don't foam.

I read a review which said that someone so looked forward to cleansing their face with this. Well me too. I rub it into my skin and leave it on for a while as it feels so comforting. Then rinse off. I can even rub it into my eyelashes to get rid of stubborn mascara and my eyes do not nip in the slightest. It feels and smells lovely. I bought the large jar as I tend to use too much of any product. But even so, this will last at least several months. Will definitely order again.

Best Cleanser Ever

Over the years I've tried many cleansers, including many natural ones, but I have to say nothing beats Botanicals Nourishing Cleansing Melt! My skin has never been in such good condition and ever so soft to the touch. I'm sure my skin looks less lined and more plump too. Quite simply, I now won't use anything else!

I've really struggled to find a gentle cleanser that can also deal with waterproof mascara without rubbing and scrubbing at my eye area and lashes, but this product has surpassed all expectations. I tried the trial size, and I was surprised how far a tiny amount went! My skin is definitely healthier, the make-up just wipes away, and there's no 'panda eyes' left overs when I wake in the morning. I actually went into panic when I was running out! Brilliant product, feels wonderful and smells gorgeous (and not at all overpowering!) Highly recommended.

Everything I have read in the other reviews is true which is why I purchased it. I will certainly be purchasing more when this runs out - which may be a while yet as you only need such a small drop. Love it!

As a beauty blogger, I have tried and tested many skincare products. Rarely to I repurchase anything, however, this is my third pot of Rose & Camellia Cleansing Melt. I actually feel anxious when I'm nearing the end! I have normal/mature skin and can highly recommend trying this...

I love this cleanser. I have tried a number of cleansers including the 'cult beauty buys' and spent a fortune on trying to find the best. I believe I have found it. This is fantastic. Leaves skin of a certain age cleansed and not stripped! Cannot recommend enough. Have bought for 2 friends as a gift and they are also fans!!

This is currently my favourite cleansing balm. I actually look forward to taking my makeup off at the end of the day!
