open a botanicals account

You don't need an account to shop at botanicals. But there are advantages:

Easy checkout: simply enter your user name and password and the system remembers your details (but not your credit card information).

Regular offers: receive discount coupons to purchase products on special promotion, or nearing their sell-by dates. We also send samples so that you can try before you buy.

There are two types of accounts. Simply click the one that applies to you:

Retail customers (non-trade)

Trade customers: for therapists and retailers who use our products professionally, or resell them to their clients and customers. This is subject to a minimum order value, but we offer generous discounts.

Please note: We try to process new accounts on the same day. But that's not always possible. Particularly on weekends, and for trade accounts. Contact us if you need to open an account urgently.
